He furthered his impact by becoming a Mega Agent Production coach, training agents and teams across North America and learning from top real estate industry leaders.In addition to his real estate prowess, Jerod is a certified John Maxwell business and leadership coach. His entrepreneurial spirit is evident in his founding and selling of multiple small businesses. He purchased his first investment property at age 20 and has since been actively involved in buying, selling, wholesaling, and leasing real estate. Jerod has participated in the purchase and renovation of over 600 houses and has wholesaled more than 800. He currently manages a growing portfolio of single-family rentals, small office buildings, and industrial properties. This upbringing instilled in her the values of responsibility, accountability, hard work, and the importance of legacy. After attending NWOSU, she transitioned from a potential career in education to a dynamic role as a sales manager with a world-renowned equine company.  There she took on a three state territory, where she achieved a 40% sales increase in her first year, the highest in the nation.Now with over 20 years of management experience spanning sales, banking, accounting, and leadership, Leslyn has consistently driven growth and fostered long-term success with each opportunity. She leverages her entrepreneurial spirit as a business owner and draws upon her experiences to help guide Kingdom Capital. Her expertise in various sectors allows her to navigate the complexities of her responsibilities with ease

Personal Life & ValuesLeslyn’s core values are grounded in faith, family, and legacy. She maintains strong ties to her ranching roots and is passionate about preserving western heritage. She is actively involved with giving back to the Kansas High School Rodeo Association & is the Scholarship Trustee, an organization both of her children participated in.  Her personal interests include reading, traveling, and exploring new culinary experiences with her husband and friends as well as keeping up with her 2 adult children Lindee & T.W.
