He also oversaw technological and security responsibilities for the Dodge City branch, facilitated vendor communications, and chaired a marketing committee to develop and implement strategic plans.Prior to this, he served as Vice President at Centera Bank, where he held comprehensive oversight of lending, operations, technology, security, and marketing. He also served as a Branch Manager at Sunflower Bank, specializing in operations and lending.

He has served on the board of the DCCC Foundation and as treasurer for his HOA, Boot Hill Baggers, and the DCHS Bowling Booster Club. He has provided vital financial education to students at Dodge City Middle Schools and High School. He then pursued higher education, earning his undergraduate degree in Management and International Business from Oklahoma State University in 1992. His academic journey culminated with an MBA in International Finance from Thunderbird, the American Graduate School of International Management, in 1994.Eric’s professional career began at Koch Industries, where he worked from 1994 to 1999. He later joined his father, George, at Fahnestock Plumbing, HVAC and Electric, assuming roles as President, CFO, and Sales Manager. In 2013, following his father’s passing, Eric expanded his entrepreneurial ventures by acquiring the Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning franchise for Wichita and the surrounding areas.
